Strategic Planner

Responsibilities

• Being fully responsible for creating & monitoring daily KPI of the Quipper School Premium team’s business performance;
• Noticing signs & alarming if the result is not as planned and finding out the root cause;
• Conducting analyses and investigations if there are some problems occur in the field (branch & staff level);
• Along with Strategy & Planning Manager, creating the forecast on a quarterly basis based on historical performance;
• Collaborating with other strategy members to check the branch's effectiveness and profitability, including all costs per branch and staff;
• Supporting the Sales Manager with area mapping and historical performance data for each area;
• Boosting the staff motivation through campaign activities or any other forms of activities;
• Coordinating with related stakeholders regarding any campaign or sales performance related to the Data team, Service team, etc; and
• Closely monitoring the campaign effectiveness through the revenue achievement and others’ KPI targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in business and sales performance, sales operations, or strategy roles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in Spreadsheet/Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and other Google Workspace;
• Experience in monitoring sales KPI, analyzing business performance metrics, and creating root cause analysis;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities;
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and area mapping tools; and
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment.
