Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Membina hubungan kerja yang baik dengan pihak eksternal yang bekerjasama dengan Perusahaan Melaksanakan, memonitor, mensupervisi strategi kerja dilaksanakan dengan baik & benar oleh bawahan
  • Melaksanakan coaching, counseling dan memotivasi bawahan, untuk tujuan pencapaian target kerja

Syarat & Ketentuan

  • Komunikatif & memiliki Integritas yang baik
  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Supervisor Marketing di perusahaan Multi Finance / BANK / Kartu Kredit / Asuransi / minimal 1 tahun
  • Domisili tempat tinggal di area Kota Pontianak
