Primary Purpose Of The Role

• Manage daily execution for the finished goods end-to-end supply chain blocks of work associated with supply planning across all planning horizons, Sales & Operations Planning 12-18 months, Sales & Operations Execution - weekly and daily
• Responsible for import supply planning for finish goods for all business units, to support local demand while maintaining customer satisfaction for the assigned Markets.
  
  

Job Scope & Responsibilities

Supply&Operation Execution (S&OE)

• Collaborating with business & source on all supply inquiries related matter
• Track & review on supply confirmation performance
• Monitor & track shipment status
• Responsible for purchase order placement to the source of suppliers
• Provide insights to businesses on the delivery of monthly sales target
• Supply gap review & provide mitigation options
• Connect with Order Management team & finance for sales recognition estimations
  
  

Supply & Operation Planning (S&OP)

• Responsible for supply planning which comes up with good inventory control, storage, shipping & receiving activities for organization's current & future operations for supply planning across all planning horizons (Sales & Operations Planning 12-18 months, Sales & Operations Execution)
• Develop an aligned supply plan, taking the inputs from the consensus demand planning process, that takes into consideration supplier/= vendor capability, capacity, inventory target / inventory quality to plan and deliver the right tires to the right customers at the right time, right place and in the right quantities
• Prepare for Supply Overview meetings/ Weekly & Monthly whenever required.
• Provide S&OP requirements to plants
• Manage S&OP & demand-supply-inventory reporting
• Responsible for generation and escalation of routine reports as to supply based on corporate timeline (monthly, weekly, daily)
  
  

Process Health Improvement

• Slow-moving-stock liquidation plan
• Supplier/ Exporters Performance management
• SKU Phase-in Phase-Out Management
• Governance on transactional data cleansing
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher level degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business, or related degree
• 3-5 years experience in integrated Supply Chain, especially in demand and supply planning/inventory planning
• Managing and implementing supply plans, ensuring on-time execution and responding to demand fluctuations
• Experience in ensuring the timely delivery of products by coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and transport teams
• Handling supply disruptions, order delays, and last-minute adjustments to maintain operational efficiency
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and inventory-tracking software
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity constraints.
• Working with international suppliers, managing import/export processes, and handling supply chain disruptions
• Understanding transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery execution
• Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel.
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and create reports using PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Core skills: Analysis, decision making, organizing, initiative, flexibility, tenacity, effective communication, creativity, driving of results, building effective relationships with people at all levels, driving for change/improvement
• Ability to deliver under pressure knowledge and expertise in business statistics preferred but not mandatory
