Your role:

• Data managing, data crunching and formatting within align timeline
• Slide ppt presentation preparation, report preparation
• Automate excel using VB script, perform analysing of different data sources from Power BI, Qlikview and familiar with digitalization reporting
• Communicating with GBS team on data discrepancies and correcting

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, D3 or D4 in Business Management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, statistics
• Able to use MS Office suites specifically in Excel
• Familiarity in database, VB script, Power BI
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good command in English speaking, listening, and writing.
• Detail-oriented and organized

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
