Tax Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily invoice checking to ensure the applicable WHT rate for the transaction
• Prepare all tax reports (WHT reports, VAT self-assessment reports, VAT import, and export reports) and responsible for the filing to the tax office
• Prepare and run all tax payments (monthly / annually / ad-hoc)
• Responsible for all monthly tax closing journals for VAT and WHT and respective clearing/net offs
• Prepare WHT reconciliation in Trintech
• Prepare entertainment list as supporting for annual tax filing
• Send WHT slips regularly to distributors and vendors
• . Supporting tax audits, external financial audits, and other ad-hoc reports
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the tax/accounting area
• Good knowledge of tax and accounting
• Good knowledge of reconciliation and eagerness for improvement of the process
• Basic understanding of SAP and quick learning of SAP technicalities
• Ability to communicate in English
