Job Description: Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan monitoring pekerjaan teknis di lapangan
  • Melakukan koordinasi pekerjaan ke internal dan eksternal customer
  • Mengarahkan teknisi untuk mengerjakan tiket / JO prioritas sesuai SLA
  • Membuat laporan harian dari hasil pekerjaan teknisi di lapangan ke SPV
