- Lead the design and development of backend architecture using Java Spring Boot.
- Guide the team in building scalable, secure, and maintainable APIs and microservices.
- Set coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with product owners and other teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Mentor and support developers in solving technical challenges.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent
- Have 5+ years of experience, including as team leader
- Fluent in English (verbal & written) is a MUST.
- Strong Experince in Java Spring Boot
- Knowing technical skill related to Microservices, unit testing
- Prefer experience in banking industry
