Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers.
  • Identify new customers and proactively develop and expand market penetration and improving Solenis’ market position for the assigned territory in Geothermal industry. This individual will lead the creation and implementation of sales initiatives aligned with the global and SEA geothermal team growth strategy to expand our market share.
  • Develop market intelligence and provide feedback to business development, marketing and technology teams.
  • Develop and foster relationships with key executives and strategic customers.
  • Oversee, coordinate and manage to ensure successful implementation of Solenis Geothermal Power treatment applications and solutions to the customers.
  • Provide Geothermal Power technical and application trainings both internally and externally.

REQUIRMENTS

  • Possess bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Geoscience/Petroleum Engineering. A master’s degree in Geothermal Engineering will be an advantage.
  • Based in Sumatra Utara and willing to travel as required within Indonesia to cover other Geothermal Power locations.
  • Minimum 5 years of related working experience, preferably in the Geothermal Power Industry.
  • Experiences in the involvement of geothermal chemistry problems and solutions development and understanding of the Geothermal Power Plants process engineering will be an advantage.
  • Have good commercial skills and negotiation experience
  • Have strong professional networks within the Indonesian Geothermal Power Industry
  • Passionate about renewable energy solutions and able to convey this effectively internally and externally
  • Familiar with safety standards requirements in Geothermal/Oil & Gas industry
  • Have the ability to work independently and remotely
