Responsibilities

• Programming soldering machine such as wave, selective solder and other BE machine
• Process control: creating, modifying, and maintaining soldering profiles to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Troubleshooting and analysis
• Maintenance, performing regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment, monitoring solder pot chemistry, and conductiing daily and weekly preventive maintenance
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
  
  

Qualifications

• D3 in electrical/electronics/mechanical/manufacturing engineer
• Have experience in same position min.2 years
• Knowledge of wave soldering processess
• Computer and communication skills
• Understanding various CAD data formats
• To be able to production line.
• To be able to communicate with superior requirement
