  • Melakukan outbound call untuk menawarkan program English 1
  • Follow up database leads & maintain hubungan dengan calon siswa/ortu
  • Capai target call,appointment,visit/showup, dan penjualan harian & mingguan
  • Input data hasil call secara akurat ke sistem database
  • Memberikan informasi event, promo, atau aktivitas center
  • Aktif bekerja sama dengan tim center untuk meningkatkan hasil konversi

  • Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK; D3/S1 lebih disukai
  • Pengalaman telemarketing/Telesales minimal 1 tahun
  • Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan mampu meyakinkan customer melalui telepon
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan ritme panggilan yang tinggi
  • Mampu bekerja dengan data dan sistem CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Disiplin, rajin follow-up, dan memiliki etika komunikasi yang baik
  • Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan (dengan jadwal libur bergantian
