This encompasses order processing, customer interaction, inventory management, coordination with relevant teams (such as packing and logistics), and the resolution of any issues that may occur.
Job Roles
- Online Store Management: Maintaining an attractive and informative storefront on TikTok Shop, including updating product listings, descriptions, and promotional content.
- Order Fulfillment: Verifying orders, confirming payments, preparing shipments, and collaborating with packing and logistics.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring product availability and ensuring accurate stock levels are reflected on the TikTok Shop platform.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating daily/weekly sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing any transaction-related problems or challenges, including order cancellations, returns, and shipping discrepancies.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or equivalent educational background.
- Min. 1 year of experience as an online shop administrator, particularly on marketplace or social media platformsR
- Proficiency in using TikTok Shop and its functionalities (including live streaming and the shopping cart feature).
- Competency in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous, efficient, and dependable.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
