1. Experience in Social Media Operations

  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok or similar social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, trends, and algorithm behavior to enhance user engagement and growth.

2. Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Proven ability to develop, plan, and execute content strategies tailored for TikTok.
  • Experience in optimizing content based on performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, retention) to drive user growth and retention.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Strong analytical skills to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, follower growth, and engagement rates.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize strategies accordingly.

4. Project & Campaign Management

  • Skilled in managing multiple campaigns, content calendars, and projects efficiently.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, creative) to deliver cohesive campaigns.

5. Trend Analysis & Community Insights

  • Deep understanding of TikTok's user base, current trends, and viral content.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends, hashtags, and challenges to boost content relevance and engagement.

6. Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal teams, influencers, content creators, and external partners to drive campaigns forward.

7. Creative & Adaptable Mindset

  • A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to TikTok’s ever-changing platform environment and content trends.

8. Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience

  • A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in social media operations, content creation, or digital marketing may also be considered.

9. Knowledge of TikTok Advertising & Monetization (Bonus)

  • Familiarity with TikTok’s ad platform, paid promotions, and monetization strategies is a plus, particularly for roles focused on revenue generation.
