Trainer Specialist

This role involves designing and running training programs for new hires and existing sales teams to improve sales performance and processes. It includes supporting area sales growth by providing solutions to local challenges and overseeing Beauty Advisors' sales in the field. The position also involves evaluating sales performance, identifying gaps, and determining training needs. Additionally, it requires preparing course materials, classroom arrangements, and coordination for regular training sessions.

• Bachelor's degree of any major.
• Excellent knowledge about the cosmetics industry.
• Have experience as a trainer or teaching experience.
• Mastering Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel & Word; proficient in using PowerPoint.
• Able to work & learn fast, thorough, disciplined, willing to work with targets and able to work under pressure, able to work with a team.
• Willing to have traveling and overtime with highly frequent. Have knowledge about makeup.
