Unit Head of IFRS Reporting

As the Unit Head of IFRS Reporting, you will be responsible for coordinating, directing, monitoring, and evaluating all activities related to IFRS and the development of financial accounting systems.

Your main tasks will include:

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the IFRS reporting team to prepare comprehensive financial statements according to IFRS.
• Data Reliability: Ensure financial reports are supported by reliable and accountable data.
• Report Delivery: Check and ensure timely delivery of financial reports and information to stakeholders and regulators.
• IFRS 17 Analysis: Analyze results from IFRS 17 and collaborate with the actuarial team to ensure the accuracy of figures from the IFRS 17 engine.
• Process Synchronization: Work with other teams to support synchronization, validation, and implementation of accounting processes in IFRS 17 reporting.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile figures from IFRS 4 with inputs to the IFRS 17 engine.
• Accounting Review: Ensure that the accounting treatment for products sold complies with PSAK.
• Reporting SOPs: Develop standard operating procedures related to IFRS financial reporting.
• System Development: Monitor and manage projects related to accounting system development.
• Audit Information: Provide and monitor information related to the Accounting Management System and IFRS Reporting required by internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 8 years in accounting, preferably 5 years in the insurance industry.
• Specific Experience: Minimum 2 years handling IFRS 17 reporting.
