Upstream Development Executive

Job Description

• Conduct observations and analyze operational data in shrimp farming to support strategic decision-making related to vannamei shrimp cultivation activities.
• Interact with farm teams and gather insights into daily processes on-site.
• Actively participate in discussions and planning of shrimp farming operations.
• Contribute to the development of work systems and improvements in farm efficiency.
• Support the implementation of SOPs and ensure their application meets the established standards.
• Analyze work processes on the farm, identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement using an analytical and critical thinking approach.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or maximum of 1 year of work experience.
• Educational background in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Biology, Fishery Product Technology, or related fields.
• Possess basic knowledge of vannamei shrimp farming, either through academic theory or internship/work practice.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and high initiative.
• Willing to work directly in the field with high mobility and temporary placement at shrimp farm areas.
• Communicative, adaptive, and able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
