  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Psychology, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in UX planning, UX research, or a related field, with a focus on creating and optimizing user experiences
  • Proven track record of successful UX projects that involved user research, product strategy, and planning
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, and user research techniques
  • Experience with UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, or similar tools for wireframing, user flows, and prototyping
  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for product teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and metrics to inform decisions
  • Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and other research-based deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A portfolio showcasing past UX planning, research, and design work that demonstrates a clear understanding of user-centered design processes and the impact of UX decisions on product outcomes
