Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed engineering design drawings with precision and accuracy.
  • Create high-quality 3D renderings to enhance project presentations.
  • Leverage experience in designing luxury hotels and villas, focusing on both architecture and interiors.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong skills in 3D rendering and visualization.
  • Experience with subdivision layouts and complete construction drawings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of obtaining building permits (IMB) and managing the application process.
  • Skilled in creating full Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to maintain detailed logs of the entire construction process.
  • Proven experience in directing and managing contractors, including handling contracts and payments.
  • Capable of conducting progress meetings, creating timelines, and utilizing project management systems effectively.
