Job Requirements;

  • 2 years working experience or more as a warehouse coordinator/warehouse supervisor
  • Have a deep understanding about stock opname, cycle count
  • Have a deep understanding Delivery management, Warehouse management
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma Degree Industrial Engineering/Electro/Civil/Management/Finance
  • Familiar with Ms. Excel/Spreadsheet, detail administration
  • Domicile in Bali is a must

Job Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for inbound/outbound activities in the Warehouse
  • Responsible for all daily activities: Stock Opname, arranging delivery schedules (logistics), Stripping/loading and unloading of goods
  • Organizing and coordinating the team in the warehouse
  • Responsible for all assets owned by the warehouse
  • Creating and reporting activity plans (work plans) in the warehouse
  • Collaborating with Production to forecast goods capacity
  • Hands on for all input activities of incoming and outgoing stock into the system
  • Others related task
