Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the web agency industry.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• Proficiency in front-end, back-end stack, and database design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
  
  

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage website development projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases proceed as planned.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to determine project requirements and set objectives.
• Create and maintain project schedules, set deadlines, and manage resources.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the final deliverables meet the established standards and fulfill business needs.
• Monitor and report project progress to management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure expenses align with the plan.
