As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a driven Wholesale Sales who can strengthen our market presence, deepen customer relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is a high-impact position suited for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, have excellent negotiation skills, and are passionate about driving sales performance.

Job Description

• Identify and acquire new customers (HORECA: hotels, restaurants, catering, local distributors, and resellers).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to offer products and understand their needs.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Collect and analyze market needs and competitor activities in the Denpasar area.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in FMCG, frozen food, or distribution (meat products preferred).
• Existing HORECA or reseller network in Bali is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and high mobility.
• Possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half day).
