Your Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for performing precise electrical wiring and panel assembly based on technical drawings, while actively collaborating with team members and applying problem-solving skills to ensure quality, safety, and timely resolution of production challenges.

The work model for the role is: Tangerang Factory

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for executing precise electrical wiring tasks according to engineering drawings and safety standards.
• Ensures all wiring activities meet quality requirements and production timelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area while adhering to workplace safety regulations.
• Actively participates in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of wiring processes.
• Collaborates with supervisors and team members to report issues and support efficient workflow.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Minimum vocational diploma (SMK) in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, or industrial automation is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
