Branch Manager Travel Services

Budget Management & Planning:
1. Create and manage the budget for the branches under supervision.
2. Develop strategies to achieve branch targets and ensure all departments implement these strategies.
3. Responsible for achieving the operational profit target of the supervised branches.

Sales:
1. Actively seek potential customers and develop services/products.
2. Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Monitoring & Control:
1. Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments are working according to the predetermined plan.
2. Motivate the team and review their performance to achieve work targets.
3. Regularly review branch performance and develop strategies to meet targets.
4. Monitor expenses following the budget.
5. Monitor accounts receivable.

Tour:
1. Responsible for creating incentive tour packages for customers when needed.
2. Act as a Tour Leader for VIP customers when needed.

Customer Problem Solving & Decision Making:
1. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements :

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Good understanding of daily branch operations.
• Ability to identify and approach potential corporate customers.
• Preferably at least 7 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the Tour & Travel industry, covering both operations and sales.
• Strong expertise in using GDS Systems such as Galileo, Sabre, Altea, or similar systems.
