YKExplore is an inbound tour operator connecting international travelers with authentic experiences across Indonesia. Through our website, global Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and strategic partnerships, we are expanding rapidly and looking for talented individuals to drive our next phase of growth.
We're seeking a Business Development who is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about building partnerships that create long-term business value.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, travel agencies, OTAs, corporate clients, universities, and tourism partners.
• Develop strategic partnerships with tourism stakeholders, government institutions, and local communities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Create business proposals, partnership agreements, and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and establish long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to launch new products and campaigns.
• Represent YKExplore at tourism exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
• Monitor partnership performance and recommend strategies for continuous growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Partnership, or the Tourism industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities from market data.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for business meetings and industry events.
