Job Responsibilities

The Deputy CSP dCommerce – Skin is responsible for supporting the Category Strategic Planning (CSP) agenda for the Skin category within Digital Commerce. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate category strategy into clear, actionable commercial plans and ensure strong execution across dCommerce platforms to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

• Category Strategic Planning (CSP) Support
• Support the development of dCommerce commercial strategy for the Skin category, aligned with brand, channel, and financial objectives.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable commercial plans for digital channels.
• Performance & Business Analysis
• Analyze dCommerce performance for the Skin Care category, including sales trends, growth drivers, and execution effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities and risks, and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, dCommerce KAM, NRM, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure aligned planning and execution.
• Support preparation for planning cycles, reviews, and internal commercial forums.
• Execution Tracking & Follow‑up
• Support tracking of key initiatives and ensure execution stays aligned with agreed CSP priorities.
• Flag gaps and support corrective actions where needed.
• Governance & Ways of Working
• Support CSP governance, tools, and processes within dCommerce KAM.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning quality and commercial ways of working for the Skin category.
