Program Overview

The graduate trainee program is an accelerated trainee program that prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in media agency as a key function role such as Media, Partnerships and Strategy and Insights.

This program is designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in the agency by combining knowledge and skills learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship from professionals.

Trainee Responsibility?

We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program. As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing a mentor during the departmental rotation, gaining hands-on experience, and often receive mentorship to develop skills and participating in learning experiences.

To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company. An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with all departments and leave a lasting imprint.

• Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
• Help managers complete daily tasks
• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Create and give presentations
  
  

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate (minimum GPA 3.00)
• Bachelor’s degree in any major but sciences, Math, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written)
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Strong interest to build a career in media advertising
• Analytical thinker and a problem-solving attitude
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Indonesian citizens
