• Managing daily inbound and outbound logistics activities, including warehouse operations and transportation scheduling in national distribution centre.
• Coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and on-time deliveries.
• Overseeing inventory control processes such as stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory data in SAP.
• Planning and optimizing transportation routes and schedules for smooth distribution.
• Leading and supervising warehouse and logistics staff to maintain productivity and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Managing vendor and carrier relationships, and monitoring performance.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to transportation, and warehouse management.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and performance metrics to continuously improve logistics processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams like customer service, sales, and quality assurance to align logistics with business goals.
