- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal departments, and external business partners.
- Handle and organize business communications, including emails, letters, and confidential documents.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on action items arising from meetings and ongoing projects.
- Support data gathering, reporting, and analysis to assist operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Background in Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling tasks and documentation.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills to support business decision-making.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
