We are looking for a PMO Head to make an impact!

Mission (About The Role)

The PMO Head will lead the Program Management Office to drive disciplined execution of strategic initiatives and industrial transformation programs across East Asia. Ensure strong governance, clear prioritization, and consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes with speed, rigor, and accountability.

What will you do?

Governance & Execution Discipline

• Define and enforce PMO governance, operating cadence, and execution standards
• Ensure clear ownership and accountability, with fast and effective escalation of issues
• Standardize and Digitize tools to deliver simple, consistent and clear reporting
  
  

Portfolio & Program Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of the East Asia industrial transformation portfolio
• Work closely with LTSCP leaders to translate strategic direction into executable plans with clear milestones and deliverables
• Monitor execution, anticipate risks, and secure on-time delivery
  
  

Performance Management & Transformation Delivery

• Drive fact-based performance tracking with clear status (on track / at risk / delayed)
• Ensure disciplined monthly executive reporting with focus on decisions, risks, and impact
• Align functions and regions to remove blockers and accelerate decision-making
• Ensure delivery of measurable operational and financial outcomes
  
  

Team & Capability Management

• Build and lead a high-performing PMO team
• Strengthen program and project management capabilities across the organization
• Coach leaders to improve execution rigor, speed, and accountability
• Embed a culture of ownership, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement
  
  

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in PMO leadership, program management, or transformation execution
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience working across regions and in matrix environments
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Strong execution mindset with focus on delivery and outcomes
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in priorities and decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Data-driven, fact-based decision-making
• High rigor in tracking, follow-up, and accountability
• Clear, concise, and impact-oriented communication
