Purpose Of The Role

The Sales Exclusive role focuses on driving sales growth by securing orders from pharmacies and hospitals while building strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive approach in understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, and expanding market presence in the assigned region.

What You’ll Do

  • Taking orders from pharmacies and hospitals
  • Creating demand and building strong relationships with customers
  • Providing product knowledge and information to customers

Must Have

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Possess a Class C Driver’s License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • High level of honesty and discipline.
  • Willingness to work in various locations.
  • Familiarity with Semarang area.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
