Senior Business Strategy Specialist

Senior Business Strategy Specialist plays a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s strategic direction, ensuring that corporate initiatives, resources, and organizational capabilities are aligned with GMF’s long-term vision and business objectives.

This role serves as a strategic partner across functions, translating corporate goals into actionable plans, monitoring strategic execution, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization to deliver sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Project Management, or related strategic roles.
• Experience in strategic planning, performance management, business process improvement, and corporate growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships, JV, JO, M&A, and divestitures.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, data analytics, and performance management tools.
• Experience in aviation, MRO, aerospace, transportation, manufacturing, or other complex industrial environments is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills, with knowledge of corporate strategy, business development, corporate finance, performance management, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
