Job Deskripsi

• Distribution and Warehouse Biz. as main task to be promote our products in every form to ensure promotion & sales possibilities to grab new potential customer.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Analyze client needs, provide customized project proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
• Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure delivery are completed on time.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management

Deskripsi Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional sales or sales Operations Manager specialist W&D Segment
• Strong understanding of multimode transportation (land, sea, air) and contract logistics concepts.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management, warehousing, and freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Possesses strong leadership skills in managing and developing a sales team.
• Experienced in developing sales strategies and achieving area targets.
• Able to analyze market trends, sales trends, and business opportunities in the Bekasi area and its surroundings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target and customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• 35 - 47 Years Old
