Admin CS Intern

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
• Process customer orders and monitor the fulfillment process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of customer issues.
• Assist with developing customer feedback surveys and reporting.
• Support other customer service-related administrative tasks.

• Minimum Qualifications: Final-year student or fresh graduate, minimum in the 5th semester.
• Majoring in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Committed to a 6-month internship period.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta (WFO).
