• Assisting the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution
• Assisting the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa-related logbook, etc.)
• Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
• Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
• Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
• Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development
• Managing CI’s social media account
• Have a good ability in copywriting and create content for social media
• Assisting in content review of CI’s social media account
• Creative in providing social media content ideas
• Familiar and able to use editing tools both photo and video (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, adobe illustrator, final cut etc.)
• Willing to work on weekends with CI team (in certain volunteering events, Saturday or Sunday)

Requirements:

• Graduated from a reputable university – at least S1/bachelor’s degree (especially communication major: DKV/Advertising/Broadcasting)
• Have a high commitment to work and proactive in completing every job assigned in every project
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deal with people at all levels
• A good team player who can work under minimum supervision
• Having an action oriented and positive attitude
• Ability to manage administration
• Active and have presentable social media (IG, Tiktok, others)
