Catering Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Hamidah Catering)

Job Requirement:

• Male/Female, max age. 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00
• Has experience on Account Executive / Sales sales F&B or related roles in Catering industry is PLUS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Hands-on experience working in a catering environment is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of online marketing and handling social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, etc) will be an advantage
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, client database, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales, specifically targeting corporate, government, restaurants, hotels, and event planners.
• Adaptable, flexible, and is able to strategize to optimize and maximize outcomes to meet sales target
• Have a motorcycle.
• Placement in Tanah Sereal, Kota Bogor. (WFO 100%)
• Can join ASAP.

Job Description:

• Assist “WALK–IN” customers, offering product information and guiding them through purchases.
• Handle sales transactions, ensuring advance payment and offering product samples as needed.
• Proactively identify and contact potential customers to schedule visit to kidang kencana wedding venue.
• Attend industry events and network to attract new clients to the kidang kencana wedding venue.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting Kidang Kencana Building and Catering Services to both B2B and B2C clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including vendors, event planners, and corporate clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the kidang kencana building and catering markets.
