Channel Expansion Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate the local market potential in each region for appropriate product and distribution channel development.
• Develop market expansion and penetration plans for each region based on local market needs and characteristics.
• Build relationships and negotiate with distributors, business partners, retailers, or third parties to expand distribution channels.
• Develop strategies to optimize existing distribution channels and find ways to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of distribution channels and provide recommendations for further improvement or development.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability in distribution channels and meet sales targets.
• Design and implement distribution channel development strategies for regions that are not well-covered.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in channel development or marketing, with specific experience in the Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Bali regions preferred.
• Experience in managing partnerships and distribution channels across various sectors.
• Understanding of market differences and characteristics in the Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Bali regions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with business partners and distributors.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decision making.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the regions of responsibility.
