Digital Video Editor at KompasTV

• Edit video-on-demand (VOD) for digital KompasTV, including breaking news, feature stories, and special segments.
• Edit video-on-demand (VOD) original content digital KompasTV.
• Work closely with producers and other team members to understand the vision and requirements.
• Ensure that all edited content meets the company's standards for quality and journalistic integrity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, especially during breaking news situations.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Video Production, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor in a news media environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, VN, etc
• Creative mind with a strong sense of storytelling and journalistic integrity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced news environment.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing is a plus.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
