Define and prioritize the product roadmap, features, and backlog based on business needs and customer feedback.
Identify website issues/bugs that needs maintenance in Indonesia ECommerce website and coordinate with Product Owner to resolve issues
Receive issues from customer service team, and coordinate with Product Owner to resolve any issues (including customer, website, payment and delivery issues related to website)
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any Sciencerelated field (degree in Computer Science preferred)
Have at least 12 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in software development
Proven experience in ecommerce development and maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred).
Able to use business English (preferably fluent)
Basic knowledge to Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Enjoy identifying issues to improve in website and high attentionto-detail
Experience with Ecommerce field and/or Magento E-commerce system is a plus
