Fas a Fas is a growing bakery and café brand in Bali with two outlets and a thriving wholesale business. We’re passionate about artisanal breads, pastries, and coffee — serving both retail guests and wholesale partners.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations, ensuring growth and sustainability across our wholesale and café business.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all financial operations for wholesale and café outlets
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow across multi-unit operations
  • Develop financial strategies to support expansion and profitability
  • Monitor cost control, margins, and pricing structures for both retail and wholesale
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax and financial regulations
  • Provide accurate financial reports and insights to management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounting team

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in the F&B industry (restaurant, café, or bakery)
  • Minimum 2 years in a finance leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, and taxation in Indonesia
  • Experience managing multi-outlet or wholesale businesses preferred
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Based in Bali (or willing to relocate)
