Job Description

  • Investigate production issues, disposition problem, implement corrective actions, and conduct RCA (method, program, material, etc.).
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
  • Create a standard procedures and technical documentation for new machine, new method, and standarization after improvement.
  • Provide CNC Program, Interpret technical drawings and specifications for pre production meeting.
  • Manage consumable tools and fixtures for the threading process, including future order preparation.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations.
  • Create process routings and generate the cost estimates.
  • Provide quotation and internal/client cost breakdown
  • Design or modify jigs, tools, or fixtures if needed for production improvement.
