Job Description

  • Lead and support people managers in implementing employee engagement, retention, and development programs
  • Drive and monitor employee engagement and retention metrics
  • Support and execute annual and quarterly people initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Supervise and coach People & Sustainability team members
  • Ensure accurate and effective use of HRIS and HR reporting
  • Improve HR administrative processes, policies, and workflows
  • Coordinate General Affairs activities, including office operations and building maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with leadership or supervisory exposure
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment processes
  • Proven experience using HRIS and managing HR administrative processes
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang
