Responsibilities

  • Coordinating internal teams and external vendors to execute multiple projects flawlessly.
  • Being the guardian of project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Developing detailed project plans and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Performing risk management and proactively solving problems.
  • Using data and analysis to track performance and guide decisions.

Requirements

  • Believe that handling volatile dynamics and pressure is a mindset for growth, not a drawback.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
  • Have proven experience in IT project management and love bringing order to complexity.
  • Are a stellar communicator, comfortable facing clients and aligning internal teams.
  • Possess rock-solid organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Excel at monitoring progress, managing risks, and creating clear reports for stakeholders.
  • Are proficient with project management tools and the Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • See certification (like PMP/PRINCE II) as a nice-to-have bonus, not a deal-breaker.
