1、Lead the acquisition strategy for new merchants on the Lazada platform in Indonesia, focusing on increasing the merchant base and driving growth in the East Java area.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including merchants, partners, and suppliers to identify potential partnership opportunities.
3、Conduct market research and analysis to develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities, focusing on key sectors and accounts.
4、Negotiate and close deals with potential merchants, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
5、Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless onboarding process and maximize merchant retention.
6、Monitor and report on acquisition performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7、Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills, foster a high-performance culture, and drive continuous improvement in team performance.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce, retail in any industry with a proven track record of successful partnership development and business management.
3、Deep understanding of the East Java market and the e-commerce landscape, including key players and trends.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5、Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making and strategy.
6、Fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Mandarin ability is a plus
