In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end Mega Campaign marketing channel / promo exposure execution
• Working closely with marketing, product and quality check teams to ensure no error on Tokopedia promo/marketing channel execution
• Liaise with creative and marketing team to prepare all the materials and promo exposure
• Provide new suggestions or fresh ideas to improve ops along the way
• Do competitor research related to promotions strategy

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• High interest to learn about e-commerce & campaign ops
• Enjoys to do basic analysis to share competitor monitoring & insights
