Site Manager – Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
1. Site/field measurement, and create RAB for material and labor requirements (as Quantity Surveyor).
2. Manage the team of workers and arrange the procurement of project materials.
3. Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high quality standards.
4. Monitor project progress, manage budgets, progress and financial reports for projects, ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve problems that arise on site.

Qualifications:
1. Male / Female, physically and mentally healthy.
2. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, either majoring in structure or construction management.
3. 5 - 10 years of experience in construction or interior fitout.
4. Quite fluent in using AutoCAD, SAP 2000, ETabs, and SketchUp programs.
5. Have relationships or cooperation networks with many foremen to be able to supply labor in the field.
6. Willing to be assigned to any area in Indonesia.
