We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor Degree, majoring Management Information will be preferred.
  • Economic Concentration Risk Management All other disciplines that can be associated with the development of the system.
  • Having experience minimum 1 – 2 years as Business Analyst.
  • Have deep knowledge to the Life Insurance sectors.
  • Have an interest in or Development System Computer literate with good Analytical ability and good communication
  • Honest and have high integrity Good skill in operating the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good in English (written and oral)

Nice to Haves:

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will:

  • Oversee user and complaints issues within team, and effectively handle and resolve user.
  • Regularly review the user complaints report and identify appropriate resolution or action plan for continues improvements and avoid repetitive user complaints in the future
  • Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and nurture an environment where the team can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environment
  • Lead and supervise the teams performance in doing projects to improve the process so that the project can be completed on time with results as expected
  • Actively supply uat progress result and report for Data Analytics Function in order to ensure achievement of project effectiveness.
