  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to design engaging digital experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator or similar.
  • Experience in designing across devices and resolution for web, mobile browsers, and apps including CSS frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and implementing a design system, including CSS variables and design tokens.
  • Experience in creating gamified features or working on educational platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and enhance the user experience.
  • Design user interfaces that are engaging, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of young learners (primary and secondary students).
  • Proficiency in implementing responsive design across various devices and screen sizes using modern CSS frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Flexbox, Grid, media queries).
  • Create and implement a design system, including the use of CSS variables and design tokens to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
  • Work on creating and enhancing gamified features to keep users motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey.
  • Together with the Product team, conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Design with an understanding of accessibility, ensuring that all users can interact with the product easily
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system for a cohesive visual identity across the platform.
