Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya.

Location: Balaraja, Tangerang (WFO from our Warehouse)

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate verbal and written communications between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia for warehouse staff and management.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations by relaying instructions and ensuring all team members are informed.
• Provide translation support during supplier meetings, inventory management, and order processing.
• Help interpret technical documents, shipment details, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth communication during stocktaking and deliveries.
• Maintain accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all translations.
  

Job Requirements:

• University graduates or above, Chinese graduate students, and those with Chinese language proficiency who can communicate in daily English.
  Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in translation or interpretation, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
